Comminsure Life Insurance

Comminsure is one of the largest insurer’s in the Australian insurance market and acts as the insurance provider for the Commonwealth Bank. Comminsure provides insurance to a large proportion Australian’s and has an association with the insurance industry that dates back to the late 1800’s.

Comminsure has a wide range of insurance products and offerings, with competitive premiums, products include
– Income Protection Insurance which can provide up to 75% of your taxable earnings in the event you are unable to work due to illness or injury
– Trauma Insurance can provide a lump sum payout in the event the insured suffer a serious medical condition that meet the criteria of the Insurer
– Term Life Insurance which provides a lump sum payout in the event that injury or illness causes death or terminal illness.
– Total and Permanent Disability Insurance, or TPD, provides a lump sum of payout should an illness or injury leave them totally and permanently disabled.

Comminsure’s approach to claims is simple. They pay all genuine and legitimate claims. In 2010 Comminsure paid a total of $609 million in life and disability insurance claims, which averaged out to over $11.7 million per week.
